This Privacy Policy explains how ООО «Софтнеонатал» (Softneonatal LLC) processes personal data in the FirstMeet service. This English version is provided for convenience for English-speaking users.
FirstMeet is a technical tool for collecting and structuring information before a first meeting, consultation, interview, support review, or another first-contact scenario.
FirstMeet is not a medical, legal, financial, psychological, or emergency service. AI comments, when available, are informational only and do not replace professional judgement.
Depending on the form, FirstMeet may process name or nickname, contact details, answers submitted through a form, technical service data, security logs, and payment-related technical events.
Data is processed to deliver submitted answers to the form owner, display submissions in the owner’s private cabinet, provide optional AI-assisted structuring, prevent misuse and duplicate submissions, and support service operation, security, billing, and user support.
When a respondent submits a form, the answers and contact details are sent to the owner of that form. The respondent should submit only information they agree to share with the form owner.
If enabled and available, FirstMeet may generate an informational AI comment based on the submitted answers. It is not a diagnosis, medical conclusion, legal opinion, financial advice, or guaranteed result.
Do not submit passwords, two-factor authentication codes, backup codes, seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or other restricted secrets through FirstMeet forms.
FirstMeet may use cookies and similar technical data to keep the website working correctly, improve the service, prevent duplicate submissions, and maintain security.
