Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting a FirstMeet form, I freely and voluntarily consent to the processing of my personal data by ООО «Софтнеонатал» (Softneonatal LLC) for the purposes described below and in the Privacy Policy.

1. Data covered by this consent

This consent may cover my name or nickname, contact details, answers submitted through the form, and technical data required for service operation, security, logs, anti-duplication, and delivery.

2. Purposes

I consent to processing for saving and structuring my answers, sending them to the owner of the form, showing the submission in the owner’s private FirstMeet cabinet, generating an optional informational AI comment, and supporting service operation, security, billing, and misuse prevention.

3. Transfer to the form owner

I understand that after I submit the form, my answers and contact details are transferred to the owner of that form. I should not submit information that I do not want the form owner to receive.

4. AI block

I understand that FirstMeet is a technical tool for collecting and structuring information. Any AI comment is informational only and is not a diagnosis, medical conclusion, legal opinion, financial advice, professional judgement, or guaranteed result.

5. Restricted secrets

I must not submit passwords, two-factor authentication codes, backup codes, seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or other restricted secrets through FirstMeet forms.

6. Liability limitation

I understand that FirstMeet is provided as a technical tool. Within the limits allowed by applicable law, the service’s liability for issues related to the form, AI block, errors, delays, or unavailability is limited to the actual paid cost of the corresponding AI credit package, where applicable.
